The Socket Cleaning Solution (SCS) is a cleaning device that maintains stable socket performance by regularly removing foreign substances and contaminants through a handler, minimizing downtime and maximizing profitability.

It is also a “Turnkey” cleaning product manufactured to match the device package. This product is regularly circulated through the handler to remove foreign substances and contaminants with minimal downtime, effectively maintaining socket performance.

Improved First Pass Yield: Controlled and stable contact resistance, reduced site-to-site dependent failures, with thermal stability across -55°C to +200°C

Greater Throughput: Minimize off-line cleaning, maintain high units per hour for high volume testing

Reduced Cost of Test: Auto-contactor cleaning (ACC) for low downtime for tri-temperature test applications
